Each year,
at the Annual Shareholder's Meeting, the shareholders elect a slate
of Directors for their company. Except in unusual
circumstances, the elected Directors serve a one-year
term, until the next Annual Meeting. Often, the Directors are
re-elected at subsequent meetings and continue to serve the
Company. Such is the case with the current Board
members.
The following individuals, elected at
the last Annual Shareholder's Meeting, comprise the Board of
Directors of Radiant Energy Corporation.
